LoneStar Solutions is here to transport, escort and support you and your loved one for doctor visits, other appointments, or outings of choice such as shopping or church events. Lone Star staff can advocate during appointments and will provide a report back after each event.

• Staff are employees with full screening and insurance
• One-time, occasional, or regular schedules available
• Rate is $20 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum, and $0.40/mile
• Serving residents of Tarrant County only at this time, but trips may go beyond the county
• Meet first with a supervisor/case manager, who will listen to the needs and make the arrangements.
• Please schedule at least a week in advance, to allow time for set up and match with worker to meet your needs.
